All core rules from Beginner Gameplay remain the same unless noted below.

Energy doesn’t arrive all at once.
It’s earned.
Some cards—brilliant minds, powerful ideas, clever tools—generate Energy as part of their effect.
Each time this happens, you’re not just making a move…
You’re preparing for something bigger.
Energy represents a player’s ability to plan ahead, commit resources, and execute powerful strategies.
Energy is tracked using Energy tokens or counters.
Energy is not tied to any single deck.
Energy is only used when playing Advanced Gameplay.
If an ability does not show an Energy icon (⚡), it works exactly as it does in Beginner Gameplay.

Not every ability is freely given.
Some require a spark.
When you see an ability marked with ⚡, it means:
This action draws from your stored Energy.
No Energy?
No activation.
But with just enough…
